家下单前请仔细阅读以下的一些资料 避免不必要的误会  

1. 请问所有产品都是现货吗?
    只要物品没有注明PRE ORDER的产品都是属于现货
    需要预购又或者现货售卖完了的产品都会注明为PRE ORDER 产品
    PRE ORDER产品一律不接急单
    PRE ORDER 产品下单后14-20 个工作日(不包括六日)会抵达我们这里
    抵达了我们这里后 会在1-2 天内发货

2.  那么如果我下单的订单有现货和预购的产品 那么会分两次寄出吗?
     不会 只要是在同一张订单的都会一起寄出 

也就是说如果订单里有预购产品会等
 预购产品到了我们这里后再和你下单的其他产品一起寄出
     如果有需要分开邮寄现货产品的 请分开两次下单


3.  请问下单后最迟几时需要付款呢?
    下单后的隔天12:00AM前一定要付款
    例如 今天13/06/2021 5pm 你在网站下单了一个订单
最迟在14/06/2021 的11:59pm 一定要付款
优惠截止的最后一天下单的顾客 请在当天汇款
没有在规定时间内汇款的会自动取消订单

4.  请问下单后能够取消或更改订单吗?
     下单付款后一律不能更改或取消订单
     这点希望大家多多留意 希望大家下单前再三确认自己下单的物品是正确的
     不接受以下错单或任何其他理由来更改或取消订单

5.  请问能够上门取货吗?
     有的 TAHETA 是位于KLANG, SELANGOR的
     如果是在KLANG 的顾客可以先向TAHETA 索取地址再看看放不方便上门取货

6. 请问如果我的订单(A)里有预购的物品

 那么东西还没有到之前我想再下单一个的订单 (B)的话能够一起凑单寄出的吗? 邮费又怎么算呢?
是可以凑单一起寄出的哦 
不过要凑单的必须先DM TAHETA 询问更仔细的详情
凑单需视情况而定哦

7.   请问你的东西都是100%正品吗?
      是的都是正品  只要产品上有二维码可以验证正品的都可以SCAN 哦

Please read the following information carefully before placing an order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings  

1. Are all products ready stock?
As long as the item does not indicate PRE ORDER, products are ready stock.
Products that need to be PRE ORDER or out of stock
will be marked as PRE ORDER products
PRE ORDER products will not accept urgent orders
PRE ORDER products will arrive at us within 14-20 working days (not including Saturday & Sunday) after placing an order
After arriving at us, it will be shipped within 1-2 days

2. If the order I placed included ready stock and pre order products,

 will it be posted separately?  
No, as long as it is in the same order, we will post it together.
This means that if there are pre order products in your order,
we will wait after the pre order products arrive at us and
will be posted together with the other products you ordered.
If you need to post out the products separately,
please place the order separately.

3.When is the latest payment date once order placed?     
Payment need to be done on the next day before 12:00am.
For example, if you place an order on 13/06/2021 5pm,
you need to make payment latest by 14/06/2021 11:59pm
  If you place order at the last day of promotion, 
payment need to be done on the same day.
(Order will be canceled automatically if payment is not done within the given period.) 

4. Can I cancel or change the order after placing the order?
After the order is placed and paid,
the order is not allowed to change or cancel.
Please confirm that the item you order is correct before placing an order.
We would not accept wrong orders or any other reasons
to change or cancel the order.

5. Can I pick up my order?
Yes. TAHETA is located at KLANG, SELANGOR
If you are in KLANG, you can ask TAHETA for the address first
 to check whether it is convenient for you to pick up the goods.

6. If there are pre order items in my order (A), before the items arrive I want to place another order (B), can I combine the order and post it together? 

How is the postage calculate?
Yes can combine order to post together. 
For combine order you only need to pay once for the postage. 
But it depends on different situation. 
Please DM taheta through INSTAGRAM first if you would like to combine order.
 
7. Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes, all 100% authentic products
You can scan it for authentic purpose
if there is bar code/ hidden tag on the product.
